RESPITE services
For peace of mind, families looking for nursing care for their loved one can access our facility knowing they are in good hands. Respite services are available and cost is depending on assessed care needs. Price (GST inclusive) is depending on care requirements.
Fees include:
- Private accommodation with ensuite
- Specialised nursing care – available 24 hours/day
- Assistance with activities of daily living such as showering, dressing and nutrition
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea services x 3)
- Speciality and modified texture diets can be accommodated
- Daily housekeeping and linen service
Suggested care levels and corresponding fee schedule:
- Low level care: $250/night -minimal supervision, e.g. ≤ 2 hrs nursing care over 24 hours
- Medium level care: $385/night -minimal assistance, e.g. 2 - 4 hrs nursing care over 24 hours
- High level care: $490/night -moderate assistance, e.g. 4-8 hrs nursing care over 24 hours
- Full care: $599/night - full assistance with self care, mobility, transfers
Mt Wilga is set in a natural leafy environment, with plenty of outdoor visitation areas. A communal dining room for activities and socialisation is available.
