Staff Development and Training

A comprehensive in house in-service education program is available for all staff. There are annual compulsory in-services on customer service, fire and safety, infection control and CPR. Further to these mandatory in-services each department holds regular in-services on relevant topics.

In addition to this, funding is available for all departments to access for the purpose of external education.

Research programs and conference presentations are supported by Mt Wilga Private Hospital.
