Dr Pearl Chung is a consultant rehabilitation physician with interest in concussion, traumatic brain injury and sleep disorders. Dr Chung completed her medical degree at the University of Melbourne in 2005 and then went on to complete Master of Public Health at the Monash University in 2013. She became a specialist in rehabilitation medicine in 2016. In the same year, she was awarded her PhD in traumatic brain injury rehabilitation through the University of Melbourne. She has a hybrid career in academic, research and clinical medicine with current affiliations with the University of Sydney, Sydney Adventist Hospital Clinical School, Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, and Royal Rehab. She is actively involved in the Faculty Assessment Committee of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine.
