Your rehabilitation specialist has assessed you as being suitable for a day rehabilitation program. Your program will be scheduled by the staff in the Day Program office. They will contact you to obtain most suitable appointment times. You will need to report to the Day Program office prior to the commencement of your therapies to collect your file and record your attendance.
